Oceans dispenser can also hold hand sanitizer refills, including optional Hand Sanitizer sticker for easy identification. This dispenser also comes complete with an empty 800 ml bottle so that you can fill it with your choice of bulk liquid hand soap. This very durable hand soap dispenser is made of break-resistant plastic and has a standard finger lock to prevent vandalism.
